Return Policy

In case product found defects which they received from sambalpuriBastralaya.com, please leave a message regarding the defects of product via contact us page and sent a digital photo of defects for consideration, if required. If the complain is found genuine then the customers will allow to return the products to Head Office. After receiving the product at H.O. level fresh stock will be replaced to customers. If any customer found return the product before getting approval for return, then the same will not consider.

Please read below points carefully before request for returns

• Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
• Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same if required in order to review the products and to consider for replacement with fresh one.
